TWO SUSPECTS CHARGED, ONE SOUGHT

BUTLER – Two suspects are now in custody facing charges in the robbery of the TCC Wireless Advantage (Verizon) store in Butler last Wednesday night, and a third suspect is currently being sought.

Denzell Charleston, who is listed as a resident of Demopolis but may now reside in Linden, has been charged with Robbery, 1st degree (a felony charge); Attempting to Elude Police, and Assault, 3rd degree.

A second suspect, Johnny William Ford of Demopolis, has now been charged with Robbery, 1st.

A third suspect, Jarvis Montel Chaney, is currently being sought in connection with the crime. The public is being asked to help provide information about his whereabouts.

Chaney, who is originally from Demopolis but may also have resided in Tuscaloosa, is a 6’9” tall black male, weighing approximately 215 pounds.

Anyone with information about Chaney or his whereabouts should call the Butler PD at 205-459-3794.

Authorities have also recovered cash and items stolen during the robbery, valued at about $70,000.
